My UESCA qualification, combined with my racing experience, enables me to coach and train other runners to reach their full potential. I’ve been competing since 2008 and want to share everything I've learnt since my very first race. Once you take the first step, I will figuratively or literally (depending on location), run alongside you for the rest of the way. I will create a customised training program based on your fitness level, availability to train and future goals, and I will make real-time adjustments to that schedule based on your feedback via email, text and phone.
