My mission as your coach is pretty simple: help you become a well-rounded, physically strong and capable endurance athlete while also empowering you to find balance with training and life, and be the best, healthiest version of yourself possible.

I have been racing and coaching for most of a decade, and my passion grows for the allure of endurance sports every year. I like variety, and being a balanced, healthy athlete. That's why I like to dabble in a bunch of endurance sports. So far, I have completed a wide range of endurance events from 5k to Ironman to 24 hour cycling races. I am currently working hard on my first 50 mile trail race, as well as some day qualifying for both Kona and Boston once I get the super long stuff out of my system.

Learning and becoming a better coach are my highest priorities, and I continuously seek out the best guidance possible. Some of the formal learning I have includes certifications as a:
