Most professional women don't lack motivation; they lack a coach who actually understands their lives. The early starts, the back-to-back meetings, the mental load that doesn't switch off at 5 pm. Fitting training around all of that isn't just a scheduling problem. It's a systems problem. And that's exactly what I solve.

I bring together a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, Level 3 Personal Training, Level 1 Strength and Conditioning, Level 2 Netball Coaching, and real competitive experience as a Hybrid athlete. I'm also a Senior Lecturer by profession, which means I know how to coach, teach, communicate, and get results from people already operating at a high level in demanding environments.

I don't just write programmes. I build training structures that work with your life, not against it, because a plan you can't stick to is just a document. Every client gets a personalised, evidence-based programme built around their goals, their schedule, and where they genuinely are right now. We track progress, adjust when life happens, and build the consistency that actually shifts your physical performance over the long term.
