I came to triathlon after an elite TaeKwon-Do career with national titles and a European silver. I knew how to train hard. What I found when I transitioned was fifteen years of following "proven" plans, hiring "expert" coaches, and racing worse for it. Injuries treated as inevitable. Technique sacrificed for volume. Training that looked good on Strava and fell apart on race day.
Sense Endurance Coaching was built to fix that.
