Through we offer individualized training plan design. Sean primarily does coaching and athlete education along with on-the-road coaching with an emphasis on skill development as well as race strategy and tactics.


Sean began riding in 1979 and racing in 1981 as a 15 year old junior, turning professional in 1985 and racing domestically in the United States. He has been coaching since 1992 and is a level 1 USACycling coach with distinction. He is the Development Coordinator for the Southern California and Nevada Cycling Association and is the Director of GS andiamo Junior Development Cycling Program. He is an Associate Professor of Physiology and Pharmacology at Loma Linda University School of Medicine where he teaches and performs cardiovascular and respiratory physiology research. As his cycling and academic background suggests, his coaching techniques are derived from blending intimate knowledge of basic physiological principles with real-world experience.
