Sean Gassman was like most Americans– overweight and over worked. He ran his own business and thought he was living the dream. However, when life threw him a curve ball he found himself a single dad of three young girls, bankrupt, and living in a house ripped down to the studs. Despite his turmoil, Sean was able to make the most important decision of his life – to keep moving forward.
Slowly, after years of simple steps, he was able to regain his focus, regain his health, and learn to live life to its fullest. Today, Sean is a six time Ironman competitor, a life coach and a fitness coach among other things. His passion is to re-focus people so they can have the life they truly long to have. He knows how to encourage and challenge his clients, all while keeping them focused on their goals.
