Triathlon and Endurance coach for beginners and advanced athletes based in Zurich, Switzerland. I help athletes to get better in every discipline and use my experience and my network to make their dreams come true. In addition I do a lot of 1:1 personal training for triathletes who want to improve their swimming technique.
I did my first Triathlon in 1997. Since then I finished more the 150 Triathlon races in my life. I was part of the national youth team for 1 year in 2003/2004. I have competed for 5 years in the German “Bundesliga” from 2014-2019. I did a couple of IRONMAN 70.3 races, IRONMAN Frankfurt, Challenge Roth and a Extreme Triathlon in Chile called: PATAGONMAN in 2019.
