For me as a coach primary goals are:
◦ For you to train the workouts that support your objectives in the best way, so that you have no doubts whether you are doing the right thing.
◦ To provide continuous and balanced athletic development.
◦ To create balance in your life. Workouts must not prevent you to fulfill the other roles in your life, as I believe that athletic success is created in interaction with the rest of your life.
◦ To provide you with understanding about how you should train in order to improve.
◦ To create the results you could not achieve without our cooperation. You need to focus on the process (sometimes journey is even more fun that the destination) but at the end, it is the result that defines success.
