  • I am an endurance athlete and adrenaline junky at heart. For the last 20 years I have been a runner, cyclist and mountain enthusiast. I have competed in track, cross country, trail running, road, mountain and gravel cycling and ski mountaineering. While I have never been world class, I know what it takes to train to ones genetic potential! I have performed well, performed poorly and come back from devastating injuries and illness. If you are going through it, chances are I have been there and I am happy to help you chase your dreams.

  • I believe all athletes can increase performance and enjoyment through careful training strategy. My plans are deeply rooted in the endurance science that comes from studying high endurance athletes. In my programs you will find base miles designed to fit race length and speed work designed to help you reach goal pace.

  • My one motto is: JUNK MILES, NOT EVEN ONCE

  • I believe strong athletes are durable athletes and provide daily mobility and weekly strength training in my plans. These are tailored for the race details and sport styles of each plan. Runners, triathletes, ski mountaineers and cyclists all have different imbalances and therefore different plans to help balance them and keep them healthy.
