Certified ITCA Triathlon Coach (2017-2021), British Cycling Coach Level 2, PADI Swimming Instructor (2017) and Staff Instructor (2001) with almost 20 years of teaching experience.

I specialise in women's health and fitness and take a special interest in training female endurance athletes who are in peri-menopause or menopause. This is a total journey to not only improve your ability as an athlete, but also to improve your life choices, fitness and well-being.

She also teaches cycling to beginners, and is Brand Ambassador for Airwerks Cycles (Basso Bikes) and for the Ironman brand Women for Tri.

She is also a certified Weight Management and Lifestyle Consultant and likes to combine her triathlon training for women with a gear towards improving lifestyle and self-worth.
