Sarah is a former professional International track and road endurance runner. She has been coaching runners of all ability levels for over 10 years and specializes in coaching track and road runners. Using her Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and Strength & Conditioning and extensive experience in the sport, Sarah has developed a number of generic training plans that focus on gradual volume increase and injury prevention.
Sarah is a former international track and road runner who specialised in the 3000m steeplechase. After retiring in 2014 from track running to start a family, she now enjoys recreational road running.
Sarah has been coaching for over ten years. She is a fully qualified Athletics Coach with UKA and specialising in track and road distance running, and has an MSc in Exercise Physiology. Sarah is currently the Lead Endurance Coach for the Royal Air Force and also coaches endurance athletes with Telford AC in Shropshire.
