"I've been following Sarah's training plan for several months and have brought my ParkRun PB down by over 3 minutes. I feel stronger and fitter than ever."
Steve, 38

"Sarah has taught me how to train properly and sensibly for the half marathon. Her personalised programme got me to the start line injury free for the first time ever and I clocked a huge 6 minute PB. Thanks to Sarah for all her help."
Jenny, 29

"I followed Sarah's beginner programme after I didn't have much success with Couch 2 5k. I felt it offered a slower and less intensive build up to running. I never dreamed I would consider myself a 'runner', but I definitely have more confidence with runner than ever before"
