I’m an Ironman Coach, British Cycling Level 2 DSU Road Coach, TrainingPeaks Level 2 Coach, Oceanman Open Water Coach, NESTA Kettlebell Coach and Lifestyle and Weight Management Specialist.
My coaching toolbox is broad, evidence based, and built for real athletes living real lives. I approach training as a holistic journey and one that develops athletic ability while strengthening confidence, resilience, and self connection.
In my coaching, I combine structured endurance training with a strong focus on lifestyle, confidence, and self-worth. Many women feel disconnected from their bodies as they move through menopause, but training during this stage can be genuinely transformative. Over the past seven years, I’ve learned that it’s not just about losing weight or getting fitter, it’s about improving performance, rebuilding your relationship with your changing body, making smarter lifestyle choices, and finding mental balance and overall well-being.
I’ve studied Dr. Stacy Sims’ Menopause for Athletes and Women Are Not Small Men courses in depth, and in 2026 I completed the World Triathlon Menopause in Athletes Course, which brings the latest international research on how menopausal physiology affects performance, recovery, and long term athletic health. Together, these programmes have reshaped how I understand training for women in midlife and beyond.
The results can be extraordinary when you give yourself permission to prioritise yourself. I’ve discovered that at this age, I need to train differently: with more intention, more recovery, more relaxation, and better nutrition. And I’ve seen how these shifts make training feel less like a chore and more like a source of strength, joy, and resilience.
My hope is that my experience, both as a coach and as a woman navigating menopause myself helps you find a way of training that feels empowering, sustainable, and genuinely enjoyable.
