L1 USAT coach and L3 USAC coach that works with Bolton Endurance Sports Training. Learn how to reach your goals with the time you have available to train - triathlon can be balanced between career and family. Measured performance can command great results.
My coaching, training plans, and camps can help you reach and increase your knowledge of your chosen sport and train more efficiently.
As a former business professional, the most rewarding aspect of my job was helping others learn a process or understand their role in a more detailed way because that helped the individual learn and grow.
When the opportunity presented itself to coach full time I knew that is what I was meant to do.
My training philosophy is simple: training for triathlon (or cycling/running) does not need to be a full time job. Each athlete can reach their goals while still have time to be engaged in their career and with their family.
With this philosophy in mind, a well-structured training plan and understanding of training principles, you can enhance your performance with the time you have available to train. Over the past several years I have been able to watch my athletes grow both physically and mentally as they learn new skills, set goals, and reach those goals.
