Triathlon is a sport you must be persistent at, dedicated to, and enthusiastic about if you truly want to reach your potential. I hope younger kids & adults alike will see triathlon can be balanced between work and family and still be fun, challenging, and rewarding.

I am a 2006 graduate with a degree in Business Management. Post graduation I moved into a management position where I had the opportunity to manage, administrate and train my employees. As a trainer, I enjoyed watching my employees learn, improve, and pass on what they had learned to others. As an administrator, I understood the time and effort needed in planning, scheduling and communicating.
As a coach same principles apply. Since becoming a coach I have been amazed to see my athletes start in one place and with solid training end up at a completely different level. Nothing satisfies me more than watching the confidence in my clients improve and grow. It changes their approach to training and gives them more courage to push past what they thought was originally impossible.
I am passionate about being able to pass on my knowledge about the sport to others through coaching.
