I have been running since 2007. Over the past 9 years, I have run numerous marathons and ultra marathons. I have run 200 miles non-stop in under 60 hours, finished the Brazil 135, and have three Hardrock 100 finishes. I have been coaching for two years and have taken many clients to successful outcomes at Leadville 100, Badwater 135, Brazil 135, and numerous other events, large and small. My underlying approach is to ensure that you are still running and enjoying running 20 or more years from now. I take a long term view to your development.
