Sam Manson has been coaching and writing training plans for Multisport athletes for the past 10 years. He is an athlete himself and placed in the top 10 elite category all 8 times he has competed in the Kathmandu Coast to Coast 1-Day Multisport World Championships race. This includes 2x 2nd places in 2019 and 2021. Sam has also competed and won numerous overseas stage adventure races in China with his team. Based in Christchurch, New Zealand, Sam use's his experience from racing and training along with education from Endure IQ, consults with other professional coaches, professional athletes and nutritionists + regular workshops with the national sporting bodies for Cycling and Kayaking to ensure his athletes are trained using the best possible methods available. Sam enjoys keeping up to date with sport science literature in his spare time when he is not on the phone to athletes or out training himself!
