Helping the tri-curious become tri-successful.
I coach beginner and intermediate triathletes and runners who want to learn more about the sport, elevate their training, grow individually while balancing day to day life with training - without losing the fun along the way!
My specialty is in longer course triathlons (70.3 and 140.6).
I have been doing triathlons myself since 2012. My first event was the Irongirl in Columbia, MD. I finished and I could only remember that I was just wishing it was longer!
Since then, I have completed 9 full distance triathlons (including Kona and Nice WC), 2 x 50 milers, multiple 50k's and a plethora of shorter distance races.
Growing up, I swam some, did 1 season of cross country and wasn't involved in sport at all during my college days. Post-graduating is when I discovered the sport. I believe heavily in the IRONMAN slogan "ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE", because with enough determination, support and positivity, anything becomes possible - including crossing your first Ironman Finish line.
I have my 80|20 Endurance Coaching Certification since 2024 and Training Peaks Level 1 in 2026. Since 2024, I have helped numerous athletes complete their first triathlon ever, first 70.3, first 140.6, first marathon and then proceed to improve their fitness to achieve new PR's while enjoying the journey along the way.
I believe the best training plan is one that is athlete-centered - focusing on individualized needs regarding swim, bike and run. Data is 49% of training - but the other 51% is me hearing how you felt like the workout went so I can design the best workouts for your future goals.
