For the past 4 years i have been a run coach, where I leverage my extensive knowledge and experience to guide runners of all levels towards achieving their goals. Whether you're a beginner looking to complete your first 5K or an experienced runner aiming to set a new personal best, I can provide the expertise and support needed to succeed.

In addition to run coaching, I specializes in training Hyrox athletes, blending my running expertise with strength and conditioning to prepare competitors for the unique challenges of this fitness race. My holistic training methods ensure that athletes are well-prepared to tackle the varied demands of Hyrox competitions, from running and rowing to functional fitness exercises.
