Qualified to Level 2 Coaching Diploma through British Triathlon (essential for 1:1 coaching) and accredited by Triathlon Ireland. Head Coach at Queens University Belfast and Coaching Coordinator at Lisburn Triathlon club. I have successfully coached many athletes from absolute beginners to the joy of completing their first event, hopefully becoming lifelong members of a fantastic triathlon community. I have successfully coached numerous athletes to big personal goals such as qualification and selection for international representation at World and European Championships. I personally race regularly at international level representing Ireland at multiple ETU Championships, ITU Championships and Ironman 70.3 World championships. So I know what it takes to achieve peak physical fitness, the positive mindset and nutritional management necessary to deliver performances when it really matters most.

Max Potential Coaching is all about understanding your unique circumstances and your personal goals. Then developing a plan to achieve those based around your priorities, your lifestyle and your strengths and weaknesses. Real life is going to get in the way from time time and your coach will be there to support you and make any adjustments necessary to keep on track and to maximise your potential.
