I have a passion for helping people achieve their goals and beyond. I offer expert road cycling coaching tailored to riders of all abilities, from beginners to seasoned athletes. My coaching programs are specifically designed for individuals with busy schedules, including full-time professionals and those with family commitments, ensuring an optimal work/life balance while achieving your cycling goals.
With extensive experience in delivering and prescribing strength and conditioning programs, I provide guidance that takes the guesswork out of gym workouts and empowers you with confidence in your exercise form and technique. My background includes racing in the National Road Series in Australia for three years and completing the Tour of Southland in New Zealand. These experiences have given me firsthand knowledge of competing at the highest level against the best riders in Australia.
