Ryan one of the two original founders of RnR Sport (RnR TriCamps), and has been actively coaching for over 15 years at different levels.
He is motivated to coach individuals and groups who are goal orientated and continually pushing themselves to achieve their personal and individual best.
He brings a mix of coaching, athletic and other professional and personal world experience to his coaching. He is a British Triathlon Federation Level 2, currently enrolled on the level 2 Diploma programme.

Coaching Philosophy
Focuses on a holistic approach to planning for one’s personal performance, which looks at; training, life balance, environmental factors and key skills development. Technical areas of focus are race skills and how to maximise efficiency of effort. He believes that no one coach is perfect, or can complete service the needs of an athlete, as such he will often send athletes to work with other coaches to improve in certain technical areas or to gain race specific insights.
Ryan also brings to his coaching, insights gain through a 20yr career in the sports management/marketing and academic worlds. Providing him phenomenal insight into how to strike the balance between training, family/relationships and life to enable his fulltime professionals to achieve their sporting success.
