I have 18 years of experience running and competing in races of various distances including 5K, 10K, half-marathon, marathon, and ultramarathon. I am Level 1 coaching certificate through the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA). I am certified in CPR/First Aid/AED for adults, infants, and children through the Red Cross.
