Running showed me I was stronger than I thought. I coach beginner to intermediate runners who are carrying more than just miles. Through RunRev Coaching, we train the body and build the whole person using running as the tool and faith as the foundation. My approach is built around 5 pillars: Faith, Mental Health, Community, Mindset, and Race Readiness. This isn't about pace. It's about proving to yourself that you can do hard things. I started with a bucket list 5K. One and done. At least that was the plan. Then something happened. The community pulled me in. The sport hooked me. And I never stopped.
Since then, I've covered every distance from the 5K to the 50K. I've toed the line 7 times at the marathon distance and I know what it takes to get there; the training, the early mornings, and the moment you cross the finish line and realize you were stronger than you thought.

In 2018 I discovered the 80/20 method of training. It changed everything. My recovery improved. My performance improved. Most importantly, my relationship with running improved. It's now the foundation of every training plan I build.
