I am currently a high school cross country coach, former collegiate athlete, community run club leader, and a mom of five, two of which are competitive high school runners. I have been coaching for 8 years. I also have a diverse coaching education through Parisi Speed School, USATF and LHSAA Coaching education. My strengths in coaching are that I treat the athlete as a whole individual and will work with an athlete's training ideas. I am most experienced with working with intermediate athletes that have specific goals they wish to achieve. I love to help athletes discover their strength, instincts, drive, and potential. I think that is what coaching is all about.
