I’m Sean, a dedicated running coach and founder of the Running 4 Happiness Project in Canberra. My journey began with a love for cross-country running as a kid, which reawakened years later after I transformed my health and fitness. This personal journey inspired me to help others reach their running goals. With qualifications in personal training, a coaching certification with Athletics Australia, and a Cert IV in Nutrition, I created the Running 4 Happiness Project to guide runners of all levels.

Our mission is to bring joy and fulfillment through running while enhancing fitness, mental health, and self-confidence. At Running 4 Happiness, I focus on building resilience and consistency, adapting each training plan to fit your unique life and goals. Whether you’re starting out or aiming for a marathon, I tailor everything to your lifestyle, training history, and commitments.

I offer a range of services, from one-on-one sessions and personal training to weekly Strength and Conditioning and Speedwork Groups. Each session is individually tailored, whether it’s form assessments, intervals, hill sprints, or strength-building in my gym. Using TrainingPeaks, I track progress in real time, adapting as life throws its curve balls to keep you on track while avoiding burnout and injury. I’m here to support, motivate, and ensure you achieve your best, wherever your running journey takes you.
