I am an Environmental Engineer and sports science student dedicated to the application of evidence-based methodologies in endurance sport training and athlete development. My professional approach integrates scientific knowledge, practical experience as an athlete, and a strong commitment to continuous learning. Through this combination, I aim to support athletes in achieving sustainable performance improvements while promoting long-term health, discipline, and resilience.
Beyond technical knowledge, I consider the human dimension of coaching to be equally essential. I strive to maintain a coaching style characterised by empathy, clear communication, organisation, and a strong orientation toward measurable results. Understanding the psychological and motivational aspects of training allows me to create supportive environments where athletes can develop confidence, consistency, and a sustainable relationship with sport.
My philosophy emphasises that performance development is a long-term process that requires discipline, adaptability, and intelligent training design. Rather than pursuing short-term results at the expense of athlete well-being, I prioritise progressive development and injury prevention, ensuring that athletes can maintain high performance levels over time.
At the core of both my athletic and professional journey lies a guiding principle: a commitment to lifelong learning. I believe that the field of sport science is constantly evolving, and effective coaches must remain intellectually curious and open to new knowledge. For this reason, I actively seek opportunities to deepen my understanding of training science, performance analysis, and athlete development.
Through the integration of scientific knowledge, practical experience, and a mindset of continuous improvement, I aim to contribute meaningfully to the development of athletes and the advancement of evidence-based coaching practices.
