Incorporating health related aspects into fitness performance is imperative for longterm enjoyment, consistency & improvement.
Our services range from a highly individualised & integrative health & fitness program, through to off-the-shelf training programs catering for all distances from track through to ultra marathons.
I am a qualified health coach (Primal Health Coach Institute) & passionate runner. Further, I have a certification in the Science and Application of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Whether you require training for an upcoming race/event, annualised training plan, getting into running (whether novice or returning from lay-off) or interested in building an effective base, I can assist.
Programs are designed to incorporate fitness improvements/adaptations without compromising health (overtraining & over-stressing), whilst also taking into account life commitments. My training philosophy follows a polarised approach of developing one's aerobic system through low intensity sessions (big proponent of the MAF method) along with incorporating appropriately designed HIIT to target required adaptations.
