I'm an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, with a RRCA Level one Running Coach Certification. My training philosophy incorporates evidence based practices and flexibility because everyone responds to training differently. Annual, monthly, 12, 16 and 24 week programs available.
I'm a running coach that's lighthearted and direct, so we'll make progress while enjoying the process. First, I learn about your training preferences, struggles and lifestyle outside of running so I can develop a customized program that will take your running to a new level of reaching goals and avoiding injuries.

Whether completing a new distance or setting a new PR, you'll have the guidance you need to perform your best. In addition to my education and certifications, I've spent countless hours studying and experiencing the human response to many different exercises with a focus on running. I've been regularly running for around 14 years and have completed one full marathon, seven half-marathons, and too many 5K and 10K's to count. My philosophy is to help you find joy in the training journey to create a life long habit.
