She understands the unique challenges of this target market in ways that many other coaches may not. Coach Raymond started running late in life, when she was in her late 40s, and has been running less than 10 years. This doesn’t mean that she is not an effective coach; quite the contrary. While most coaches who have run all their lives and have extensive resumes get great results from their clients, Coach Raymond can provide a more applicable and contemporary approach to mature and beginner athletes who are looking to improve their running experience.
