I've spent most of my life working in the fitness industry, I was a tennis coach for 3 years, Have been a Personal trainer for 11 years and Cycle coach for 3 years I’m a Qualified level 1 strength and Conditioning Coach, Certificate 4 Personal trainer, Level 2 TRX instructor and level 1 Cycle Coach with Cycling Australia
My training background started with tennis when i was 5 until 18 competing around Australia, Moved into Triathlons in my early 20's competing in Sprint to Half ironman distances and for the last 9 years purely cycling both road and Mountain Bike, competing from club level to state level races.I have a strong belief in training to be functionally strong and stable; the benefits of such training improve an athlete’s ability to train harder and safer
I'm not a task master as a Coach, i require my athletes to complete all training sessions to the best of there ability. Failure to do so is a reflection on them and will show in there racing results.
