Coach Bio

You already have determination. I help you turn it into performance. I coach beginner and intermediate triathletes training for an Ironman 70.3 and 140.6, building confidence through structure, progress, and results.
Nervous but driven?
You're my athlete. Let's train smarter, go farther, and cross that finish line strong.

I've been endurance racing since 2009, completed my first Ironman in 2015, and have since finished 9 Ironmans, 10 half-Ironmans, and 7 marathons. I've raced different courses, terrains, and conditions, and now my passion is helping beginner and intermediate athletes train for their first 70.3 or 140.6 with confidence and support.
Coaching found me when a friend leaned on me during her Ironman training, and I helped guide her through a moment she almost quit. Seeing her cross that finish line showed me that support, presence, and real-life experience matter.
I believe triathlon training isn't just swim, bike, run. It's also nutrition, strength, mobility, and mental endurance. I build structured, realistic training plans that respect busy lives, careers, family, night shifts, and real-world demands.
My goal is to support you, educate you, help you trust yourself, and build confidence through consistent effort and meaningful milestones.
I'm also a wife, a cat mom of two, a nurse, and someone balancing life just like you. I train, I work, I coach, and I believe anything is possible with the right plan and support.
If you're nervous but determined, curious about your first 70.3 or 140.6, and ready to see what you're capable of, I'd love to talk and see if we're the right fit to work together.
