As a new but highly dedicated coach on the circuit, I bring over a decade of personal triathlon experience and 14 years of marathon and half marathon mastery to the forefront of my coaching philosophy. My mission is simple yet profound: to empower the athletes to reach their full potential in the world of triathlons and running. I offer athletes 2 specialized training programs, "HexaTri Method" and "HexaRun Method", each customized to your chosen sport.

My coaching philosophy centers on a balance, gradual progression, and holistic development. I firmly believe that pushing athletes to their limits should be done with care to prevent burnout an injuries, while also nurturing their mental fortitude.

I am proud to hold an Ironman University coaching certification, which reflects commitment to mastering the intricacies of triathlons. Additionally, I possess a Master's degree in nursing with a focus on leadership, an invaluable asset that allows me to bring a unique perspective to coaching.
