We track your progress closely with regular check-ins, performance reviews, and plan adjustments so you’re always moving forward
Rachel is a dedicated fitness professional who graduated in 2023 with a Fitness and Health Promotion diploma and holds a CanFitPro Personal Training Specialist certification. Her passion for health and fitness began at the age of just four, when she entered her first Kids of Steel triathlon race—igniting a lifelong commitment to sport and active living.
Over the years, Rachel’s drive and determination have evolved from early youth competitions to elite endurance racing, culminating in qualifying for the Ironman World Championship—one of the sport’s most prestigious achievements. She brings the same focus, discipline, and enthusiasm to coaching and helping others achieve their goals as she does to her own training.
Rachel’s blend of formal education, practical expertise, and personal athletic success allows her to inspire and guide clients toward sustainable fitness and performance results.
