Root Multisport is a professional Triathlon Team based in Egypt and the first team for elite athletes in the country, founded by Coach Rehab Hamdy, a USAT Level 1 cetrified coach and ex olympian triathlete.
Training Plans for developing youth athletes into elite competitors, preparing elite athletes for podiums and preparing age group athletes for endurance events (Ironman and marathons)
