With two degrees in sport science, physiology and nutrition, I have a strong academic foundation that complements my extensive experience in endurance sports. Throughout my career, I have gained a deep understanding of the human body, exercise physiology, and nutrition, all of which have been invaluable in both my personal athletic pursuits and in helping others achieve their fitness goals. My education in sport science has equipped me with the knowledge to analyze, optimize, and adapt training regimens based on scientific principles, ensuring maximum performance and injury prevention.
In addition to my academic background, I have successfully completed numerous Ironmans, UTMB and distance swims. These challenging experiences have not only tested my physical limits but also enhanced my mental toughness and perseverance.
