My name is Robert Loomis. I am here to help you squeeze quality training time out of your busy life styles. I have always had a very limited time to train. Whether it was making time for my beautiful wife, hitting the books to earn my degree, or being away at work. My busy life style has allowed me to adopt a training plan that gave me insight into how to gain quality fitness under minimal training time.
My whole life has been a rat-race for sports. I started playing team sports, Baseball and Soccer, at the age of 4. I traveled around the southeast playing both until i hit an age where i had to pick one, I choose soccer. This choice brought me my aerobic background for cycling. I played soccer at one of the highest levels you can reach in the US. This allowed me to travel the Eastern US and build on my team ethics. I continued my soccer career into college and played DII soccer with Clayton State University. After soccer i continued my efforts towards my degree at the University of North Georgia (Bachelor of Science, Biology). There i picked up racing dirtbikes, which brings me to how I started racing. I picked up a bike to gain fitness for racing my dirtbike. I immediatly feel in love with riding my push bike. I slowly started riding my bike way more than my dirtbike. Now i cant remember the last time i saw my dirtbike. Anyways, i started racing in 2011 at the Grant Park Crit when a few guys from the group ride talked me into it. That was definetly a learning experience. It was a Cat 4/5 race and i stayed in the wind the entire time. I ended up placing 13th and its been an awesome experince since then. I am now a cat 2 racer and have been coaching for over two years. Over the years i have had many great athletes and coaches that showed me the way and now i want to return that favor to others. Racing is all about learning, the more you race the more you learn.
