I have nearly 30 years of racing and cycling experience combined from BMX into Road, Track, Mountain Bike and on into unsanctioned urban and gravel events that are now mainstream. I consider myself a cyclist first not just a specific discipline of cycling. I bring a lot to the table from my experiences while trying to keep the perspective on a holistic viewpoint of emotions, and skills and tactics while using the data to make informed plan decisions. This helps me be not just a data coach, but utilizing those experiences and situational knowledge to help my riders improve. Riders I have coached have achieved success on the National and International levels with my help including multiple U.S. National Championship medals across categories from Juniors, to Collegiate and Masters. Most importantly, you don't have to be a racer to benefit from my coaching either. I will help most everyone who is interested in learning how to become the best cyclist they can be.
