What can I say, I like cycling.
As an engineer, numbers are everything, but I believe numbers dont make people who they are. We can evaluate numbers and decide if you are going to be an Olympian or you could have numbers that say otherwise. Even if they say you wont be an Olympian this year, grit and perspiration will take you there.
A good coach will look out for the safety of their athletes first and foremost.
