I was a full time coach with Great Britain Cycling Team (GBCT) for 8.25yrs and a Go Ride coach for British cycling in London for 16months prior to this.

Prior to being a full time coach, I was a coach with the In-Gear DFL Development Squad working at both youth & junior level with the aim of working with riders along the pathway from aspiring youth to full time pro with DFL-Cycling News.

I currently am only racing XC and XCM, more for fun these days but once you have the bug of racing, it never really leaves you!
