Coming from a strength and power background playing rugby at league, national & international level I found myself taking on the challenge of a Triathlon in 1999 in the local pool, I spent the first 2 years coughing and spluttering with breast stroke and surviving the bike and run routes. That's when I thought iIneeded to challenge myself, so I got stuck in and have competed at all distances now including multiple ironman finishes. I've been coaching since 2007 & regularly coach at the local Tri club whether it be adults or the juniors where I am head coach.
I always look to work with you as a triathlete to give you a personalised training plan to meet your specific requirements. Through constant feedback from you we can adapt your plan as you become fitter, faster, stronger and more confident in your ability as an all round athlete.
Whether you are aiming for your first ever triathlon at super sprint distance, competing on the international stage representing Team GB or looking to go for an endurance race of Ironman 70.3 Ironman or, maybe even, longer. We will work together to establish a progressive pathway for you to reach your goal.
