Retired Air Force Special Operations Tactical Air Control Party Officer with a love for endurance sports. Got my start in Ironman racing in 2020 and since I have completed 3 full IMs, 3 half-IMs, and countless cycling races and med/long distance running races. I’ve had to keep a high degree of fitness throughout my military career and now I work with Air Force Special Warfare recruits with getting physically and mentally ready to complete the rigorous training that they will be going into.
My experience comes from being coached for over 4-5 years in Ironman triathlons and through my strength and conditioning coaches I’ve had throughout my military career. I am a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer that can help with strength and conditioning for endurance sports.
I am a believer in Z2 training with spurts of higher intensities to swim, bike, or run faster. I have also personally experimented with multiple nutrition strategies for those longer events so I can help you avoid the same mistakes I have.
I currently train this country’s future Special Warfare airmen by coaching them through strength and calisthenics, swimming, running, and overall military endurance to help them enter one of the most rigorous training pipelines in the entire military.
