Coach Bio
Welcome to Resolution Running where our goal is helping your achieve your running resolution, be that running a first parkrun or completing multi-day endurance events.
Gethin is a Physical Training Instructor who has worked with numerous individuals helping them achieve their physical aims both 1 to 1 and in group environments.
As a junior Gethin was a Welsh National 400m Champion. Now slightly more seasoned he has a passion for more gruelling Ultramarathons including the UTMB and Dragons Back Race.
