Naïs Figueredo — Performance Optimization & Swimming Coach
Naïs Figueredo is a specialist in sports performance and applied research, focusing on the link between psychology, performance, and athlete health. She holds a Bachelor’s in Sports Science (STAPS) specializing in swimming, and a Master’s in Sport and Research from LUNEX University (Luxembourg), chosen to gain a comprehensive overview of performance bridging lab and field work. Naïs coached national-level triathletes with Olympique Nice Triathlon, collaborated with Loïs Robin on performance monitoring and athlete psychology for international weightlifting athletes, and leads mental preparation and sensitization initiatives on eating disorders for dancers and athletes.
Matheus Pontes — Sports Physiotherapist & Triathlon Coach
Matheus Pontes is a sports physiotherapist passionate about human performance and innovation. His expertise bridges rehabilitation, injury prevention, and endurance coaching, grounded in evidence-based practice. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Physiotherapy from LUNEX University, and a University Diploma in Physical Preparation from the Université de Bourgogne – CEP Gilles Cometti, specializing in return to play and strength training for triathlon performance. As a coach, clinician, and graduate tutor, Matheus promotes scientific rigor, individualization, and sustainable performance, serving as team physiotherapist for the Luxembourg Triathlon Federation.
