Combining her experience as a triathlete & USAT Coach, and Specialist in Sports Dietetics, she provides individualized triathlon training and nutrition plans for all triathlon distances, with a focus on Ironman.
Nutrition focused on: eliminating GI issues, maximizing metabolic efficiency and creating periodized nutrition plans. Comprehensive dietary analysis includes custom recommendations for specialty diets (Vegan, Paleo, Ketogenic).

Bio: As a competitive swimmer, cyclist and runner, she knows how to master each sport individually while creating a training plan that teaches the athlete how to combine all three. Provides analysis of technique & focuses on physiological, biomechanical & cardiovascular improvements.
