Registered Physiotherapist, endurance coach and lifelong athlete. Former county swimmer for Devon, three-time national stillwater surf lifesaving champion, and competitive road cyclist for eight years. Now racing sprint, Olympic and middle-distance triathlon. I combine evidence-based coaching, physiology and performance expertise with experience coaching international-level athletes to help others train smarter, stay injury-free and achieve their goals.
I combine first-hand racing experience with professional physiotherapy expertise to deliver personalised endurance coaching through TrainingPeaks.
My sporting background includes county-level swimming for Devon, three national stillwater surf lifesaving pool titles, eight years of competitive road cycling and racing sprint, Olympic and middle-distance triathlons. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands of endurance sport.
As a Chartered Physiotherapist, I use principles of exercise physiology, biomechanics, strength and conditioning, recovery and injury prevention to build programmes that maximise performance while reducing injury risk. I’ve coached multiple international-level athletes and work with everyone from beginners to experienced competitors.
Every plan is tailored to your goals, lifestyle and ability, with regular communication, data-driven feedback and continual adjustments to keep you progressing. Whether you’re aiming to finish your first race, achieve a personal best or compete at the highest level, my goal is to help you become a stronger, faster and more resilient athlete through intelligent, purposeful training.
