I have been racing triathlons for over 30 years now. Having worked with first time Ironman, World Championship qualifiers, and those barely able to float I will help you meet your athletic goals. I am a big believer in evidence-based research and use the information I gather to design nutrition plans such as Intermittent Fasting and Low Carbohydrate/High-Fat diets for my athletes when appropriate.
