Rebecca believes that each athlete is unique and requires an individually tailored plan to achieve their potential. Rebecca has been racing mountain and cyclocross professionally for twelve years and holds a world and national championship in cyclocross as well as multiple national titles in mountain biking. She has been coaching on the mountain bike for the past ten years and now coaches athletes in CX, MTB, and road. Rebecca has an M.A. in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver and works closely with athletes in this regard. Rebecca is a USAC Level III certified coach and believes that training should keep the athlete excited to give it their all.
