Strength, power and endurance are built on a solid and stable base and that is where the method starts.
RE:AL Performance Coaching is owned and operated by David Bell and was set up to help more people get more out of endurance sports. Knowing where to start, or knowing how to progress can be daunting. With so much conflicting and confusing information abundant trying to figure it our alone can be challenging.
Our philosophy is to keep things simple. The RE:AL Athlete Method is a very simple system that can take any athlete from any starting position to any goal. Following an initial consultation we conduct postural alignment, dynamic movement and performance assessments designed to establish your day zero condition and identify priority development areas, a personalised plan is created that follows a simple 3-step process: 1) increase stability and correct muscular imbalances, 2) strengthen and build endurance, 3) increase power and efficiency.
