With over 10 years of experience planning training programs online and using TrainingPeaks, I’ve worked with athletes in triathlon, swimrun, and long-distance events. As an athlete myself, competing in both triathlon and swimrun, I understand the physical and mental demands of endurance sports. This allows me to connect deeply with my athletes, helping them reach their full potential.
