Hi, I'm Ramin — UESCA-certified Triathlon Coach and Endurance Sports Nutritionist, USAT Level 1, and the person behind Predictive Coaching. I grew up in the water and on my dad's cycling routes, spent years in software, and returned to endurance sport in 2009. 15+ years racing from 5K to 70.3 — multiple AG wins, several overall wins, consistent podiums. BQ'd twice, almost certainly KQ'd — but I had a habit of leaving before awards, so I'll never know. The journey is the pursuit.
I built Predictive Coaching to turn race planning into something smarter than gut feel and vibes. Your threshold benchmarks, historical performances, course profiles, and projected trends run through a physics-informed regression model that filters the noise and shows exactly where you stand. From there, we produce a clear gap analysis — what it takes to hit your goals, adapted to your life, and adjusted as you evolve. The more data you bring — races, tests, training history — the sharper the picture gets.
My primary framework is UESCA — science-first, explicitly anti-dogma, and built on the idea that no single methodology fits every athlete. One concept from the USAT curriculum I keep coming back to is "driven benevolence" — hold people to high standards, but never lose sight of the person behind the numbers. A bad race isn't a failure. A missed workout isn't the end. The sun comes up, we adjust, and we keep moving forward.
I work with triathletes, runners, swimmers, and cyclists at every level. You own the performance. I'm the collaborative partner, teacher, and planner. Consistency beats heroics.
