I help people use running as a way to care for themselves – without pressure, guilt or comparison.
I started fell running in my early teenage years and, like a lot of girls, I stopped once I became aware (and self-conscious) of the changes that I was going through during my adolescent years.
During my early twenties, life had thrown a few curve balls in my direction and I remembered the feeling that running gave me. The freedom, headspace and health benefits that came with running were just a few reasons I started running again. I re-joined the running club that I was part of as a junior. This is where my journey to becoming a running coach started.
I became a Run Leader and led running groups for about 8 years (then covid came and changed the game for everyone) before becoming a Coach in Running Fitness through England Athletics. I am currently studying at the Open University – working towards a BSc Sport, Fitness and Coaching.
I take a rather holistic approach to coaching and training – life happens. I’ll look forwarding to working with you.
